At current, we are authorized agent/distributor of several reputed brands (valve, pumps, agitator, instruments), actively serving local 6 major industries, namely Chemical, Energy, F&B, Home & Personal Care, Manufacturing and Water industries.

Due to expansion, Exion Vietnam Co., Ltd has openings for the following one (01) position – Outside Valve Senior Sales Engineer

Description:

Job Description:           

• Sales: Achieve/exceed sales target bookings and profitability targets for market assigned, set by Company.
• Project Pursuit: Active participation in project pursuit, for both in-country projects as well as multinational projects destination in Vietnam. Applying the tools and methodology being utilized by company.
• Price Management: Project pricing strategies to maximize profitability base on product line objectives. Adhere to division discount authorization & Checkpoint processes.
• Country Development: Execute the overall Exion VN country plan which embodies target project list, plans for core market share growth, achievable plans for penetration of new technology, marketing and training plans.
• Marketing: Work with Marketing Department to plan and implement promotional seminars. Provide feedback and market input to the marketing team on competitive price situation and competitions’ positions. Advancement of market strategies.
• Customer Satisfaction: Work with division by providing accurate forecast and clean orders, work with colleagues to ensure customer service requests are being attended.
• Teamwork: Coaching of Inside Application Engineers to ensure prompt quotation and order entry, handling of customer calls, active follow-up on inquiries and post quote & technical clarifications. To ensure cross-customer and interpersonal communications are effective during project pursuit.

+ Major Interactions
• Reports directly to Head of Department and the Country Manager.
• External interaction: With customers at both management and engineer levels.
• Internal interaction: Extensive interaction with other sales and service team.

 

Requirements:

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree is required. Degree in Engineering is strongly preferred.

Minimum 02 years experience selling equipment in F&B / Pharmaceutical / Chemical, strong connections with end-users (and contractors) in these industries. Having knowledge of Valve products will be advantage.
Fluent English (Listening - Speaking – Reading – Writing).
• A team player with good initiative, strong analytical & a positive attitude to learn and manage the given task.                               
• PC literate with knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point), Autocad.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially influencing skills.

Willing to travel for business within Vietnam and overseas.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Basic Salary (Gross) - Negotiable
