Material: 316 SST top and bottom sections with a fluoropolymer seal Low burst pressures available, 1 PSIG (.07 BARG) to 15 PSIG (1.03 BARG) Sizes: 2 IN (DN50) to 24 IN (DN600). FIKE ERD Series Extruder Rupture Disc The minimum burst pressure: for a 3/16” (DN 4.5) diameter ERD is 1500 psig (104 barg). Maximum available burst pressures are 12,000 psig (830 barg) at 800°F (425°C) for soldered units. Material: Stainless steel for the body and Inconel® 600 for the rupture disc.

FIKE P Series Rupture Disc DN 15-600 The Conventional Prebulged (P) Rupture Disc is a single-member disc that may utilize a Teflon® orpolyurethane coating on either or both sides. A vacuum support may be used in conjunction with the Conventional Prebulged (P) Disc and can be coated on either or both sides with Teflon or polyurethane. Vacuum supports are not normally required if the burst pressure of the disc is in excess of 1000 PSIG (69 BARG). If the disc may be subjected to back pressures in excess of 14.7 PSIG (1.013 BARG), as it may be necessary to construct a special pressure support.

FIKE Conventional Pre-bulged Disc Sizes: 1/4”-2” The Fike Conventional Pre-bulged Disc (CPD) is a solid metal/single element, pre-bulged (pre-formed), rupture disc which serves as a differential pressure relief device. The CPD can be used as a primary or secondary pressure relief device, or used in combination with other pressure relief devices. Designed for installation in flanges which utilize the standard 30° angular seating arrangement..
